We provide smart money primarily in late seed stage and early Series A financing rounds and have capacity to give further financial support in later rounds to successfully developing projects.

In addition to funding we provide access to a broad network of experts and to in-depth experience in media, entertainment and sports as well as to sound financial and compliance know how.

Our industry focus is largely on ICT, media, entertainment and sports. We target disruptive investment opportunities predominantly around artificial intelligence and blockchain based projects. In order to optimally leverage our network and resources we mainly focus on opportunities in the DACH region.

For our investments we generally seek for robust and scalable business models based on IP ownership. However, equally important are experienced, high quality and diversified management teams.

Recruiting Services

Based on our broad experience in consulting and in-house recruiting, we offer managing the entire recruiting process primarily for experienced hirings with a high-quality standard and comprehensive market knowledge.

We work mainly for Commodity Trading, Consulting as well as Legal Advisory firms and are specialized in vacancies in Operations, Trading, Sales, Deal Advisory and Senior Legal. Our recruiting services include pre-screening, interviewing and consulting until offer stage. Upon request we also cover additional services like reference checks, assessment centres etc. Consequently, we deliver a pragmatic and flexible approach, tailored to company needs and give advice to business leaders during the decision-making process.

 

Additional HR Advisory Services:

We provide interim HR Business Partner services to enable managing challenging situations in operative HR teams such as maternity leave, bridge of notice period, vacation absence or longer sickness. The organisation of in-house Assessment Centres for Graduate Programs from preselecting incoming candidates, managing the assessment centre days until offer stage also belongs to our expertise.
